FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All products, including pictures, sizes, and colors will vary in color and texture. However, the shade, color, and texture of the product that you receive will be identical to the product that you see in the picture.
You can view your sales receipt under "My Account".
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not restock items marked as out of stock. We strongly advise you to order more items before those are marked out of stock.
